Award ticket first segment flight cancelled with no notification
I have an award ticket booked w LM on Austrian and Lufthansa in business VIE-FRA-SFO. The first segment on OS had an aircraft downgrade to E175, no change to time nothing. When I log into my LM account, I see the ticket as valid but when I log into Lufthansa to verify my flight and see my first segment on OS is cancelled despite still seeing seat assignment. I received no notification and they confirmed that my first segment of the ticket was cancelled.
My call to them was disconnected middle of the call.
On my second call they now tell me my LH flight from FRA-SFO was also cancelled and they refuse to let me talk to a supervisor.
I"m not a reseller and have never booked ticket for anyone but for myself and family members w the same last name.
I then was connected to another dept. I was told the LH was the one who cancelled my ticket. I've never even flown LH.
