I have taken a bunch of travel pictures with an iPhone 14 in the HEIC format. Before downloading to PC, do I have to go pic by pic and chose the perfect frame FIRST on the iPhone before downloading? If I download directly I get a movie file of low rez, then a jpeg of the default frame. Wondering if I can download the HEIC file as is to PC and pick the perfect frame later on?
