Yeah - that's not good; thanks for the heads-up. I speak some Mandarin but I hate having to call when I want to simply select seats and have my FF# registered in the booking.

I might just book IST-CDG/AMS-PVG on AF/KL then; probably more reliability (and Flying Blue XPs!)
