I think that should have been fine, subject to availability, and the extra points needed for the UVF-TAB leg. Not really too disimilar to NYC-LON-JER-X/LON-NYC, stopping in LON outbound and JER, which I've done. Not a 5th freedom leg of course, but basically the same circle trip concept.
