Agent: On your flight from SIN to SYD it is only showing *G not HON.
DUF: That is okay, Singapore Airlines doesn't regonize HONs.
Agent: But Sir, you are not flying with SQ, you are flying with Luxair.
DUF: ?????
Agent: Yes, your flight number starts with LX so you are flying Luxair.
DUF: Thanks, can I please get my baggage receipt?
