GF is not a skyteam airline , so in 99% of cases you wont get anything

However it also depends on the marketing carrier selling you the ticket , which probably also added their codeshare on it

if that ticket will be purchased from delta and your FFP is DL SM then go to DL forum and ask , you might earn MQD but not MQM

if your FFP is not DL SM then you very likely wont earn anything

If you want to earn miles on this JFK-DEL make a booking and fly with skyteam airlines , period , unless you are not ready to deal with such topics like codeshares , booking class , exceptions , etc.....
