The flights to/from Uruguay / Argentina / Chile are too lengthy for it to be the same plane going back and forth and back and forth.
So today's MAD-MVD original airframe would have been coming in from somewhere like Central or North America - arriving in late afternoon to be turned around for a midnight departure. Or maybe the original plane assigned to MVD was fine, but was needed for a more important / full / whatever route also departing around midnight...
