This delay lead him to miss his LHR - DFW connection, and was re-routed via Colorado. He arrived at DFW over seven hours late. BA have acknowledge the flight compensation claim but it is not showing as being dealt with, only as received. Funnily, my son's taxi reimbursement was made in super fast time - there was no argument about that at all (son arrived in early hours, and could not be collected by his Uni as intended on the original flight). It's been over two months. At what stage do I go to CEDR please?
Hi and welcome to Flyertalk and the BA section in particular.

You can and should proceed to CEDR 8 weeks after submitting your claim. That's the period you have to wait if you haven't yet had a 'final response' email.

CEDR isn't quick either but should at least get the ball rolling and force BA to respond.
