I once tried LGW-UVF with a few days stopover then UVF-TAB then returning direct from TAB-LGW.

Was told I could book the UK-Caribbean flights, but had to organise separately the inter-island flight on the basis the voucher is for a return journey (even though you can do open jaw). There is usually good avios availability on those local flights and most have reward saver fares.
