Had over 300 lifetime tier points and 4 flights, plus another 50 tier points this year, yet was not upgraded to Bronze level. Has been told that lifetime tier points do not count only annual tier points. But one on the BA website it only says tier points, two can not see in term and conditions where it says life time tier points do not count and three if this is the case what is the purpose of lifetime tier points?
