Not sure if this is going to get lost in this thread, but I didn't want to start a new one incurring the wrath of those I know ...

For those of us sad souls who have only achieved 50k (or 35k, shudder), has anyone found a definitive guide to "North America" for the range of our PR awards? Just was doing dummy search to see how useful I could get the PR to be, and SXM was excluded, but BZE, PTY, BGI, and POS were all included. I didn't keep randomly searching, but SXM was my first attempt and it confused me.

Any insights?
