Size wise, definitely the rooms are larger with the renovated Jr Suites having around 90sqm in size as per the hotel, but there is a generous patio / balcony area included into that size count. Still definitely way bigger that standard rooms at Indigo and maybe a bit larger than IC Jimbaran rooms when ignoring the patio / balcony areas.

The beach area (a point highlighted in the video) is not great though only partially the hotels fault. The area is public obviously and at that corner is where all the dive shops have their boats and run their trips from so even if the beach was clean, there would be boats everywhere (fishing and dive ones) so not relaxing and not so pleasant. A few hundred meters down the beach promenade, the HR Bali & Andaz have a much better beach (cleaner as cleaned every morning) and no boats anchored. YMMV.
