Comments: Arrived at 3:30pm and asked if willing to wait until 5pm for a suite, said no problem so they directed us to the lounge to wait. Went to leave the lounge at around 4pm to go take a walk and informed that room was ready. Calling this a suite is a bit of a stretch, it's just a big room with a separate area for a dining table but still probably twice the size of a standard room and much appreciated. Elite recognition was as expected, breakfast offered in restaurant or lounge, choice of 1000 points or welcome amenity (select from a glass of wine/2 cans of beer and a snack (cheese, fruit etc).
