I've stayed at the Rowan at least 5 times over the past few years on Government rates as low as $126/night (September 2023), and one of the times the rate was valid for their San Jacinto suite.
Damn I didn't realize that the government rates were always so low!
I have a friend that traveled a lot for government jobs and they always stayed at very basic hotels (Fairfield/Hampton inn/Holiday inn Express). I just assumed that luxury hotels were generally out of the question.
Clearly im in the wrong line of work! 🤣
