Question Booked Delta One from ChaseTravel. It's significantly cheaper in my case.

Hello, Thank you for reading my post.

I’ve booked a round-trip from the East Coast to Hawaii for March 2025. Each passenger's round-trip fare cost around $1,866. The itinerary includes connecting through DTW in First Class and continuing to HNL in Delta One. The return trip follows the same route.

Based on the confirmation numbers, the tickets were booked under I and D fare classes, which I understand are both part of the Delta One fare group. I am also able to select Delta One seats for all passengers on the DTW-HNL segments.

However, when I check the exact same itinerary on delta.com, the only available fare classes are J and Z, with a price of $5,477 per passenger.
  1. Why is there such a large price difference between my booking and the current fare on delta.com?
  2. Did I actually book Premium Select instead of Delta One? (But I confirmed Delta One seats in my delta account. I can see those 6 seats were occupied already when I was check the seats availability)
  3. Any risks? This is a family trip with my elder parents. I do want to give them some surprise.
Thank you for your help!
