I currently have an award flight BNE-HKG-LHR ticketed on one PNR with a 12 hour layover in HKG. I was thinking I’d like to do a stopover, and move the HKG-LHR leg to the same time one day later.

When I search multi-city, the availability is there, but the app says there are too many stopovers/open-jaws/etc. From what I understand, a 36 hour stop over is within Cathay’s allowed rules, but just wanted to check to see if I missed something.
