I am turkish elite and with that star gold
Unfortunatly swiss under my booking and also by check in on boarding pass only shows basic member, no star gold status
By my wife it all works correct? Its a major pain, as a lot of security check points will only accept what it says on bar code and it leads to discussions every time

What can I do?
