I get breakfast downstairs, which is all I could ask for. As for the drinks in the Executive Lounge, they are nothing special, but I am there for the food and view, not the alcohol. The staff is fantastic!!
Could not agree more with Oregonflyer !! Am currently staying for third series of 20 night stays at Conrad Seoul so already clocked about 60 nights in 2 years time at this Conrad .
Could not wish for better staff ,certainly compared to Japanese hotels the atmosphere is a lot more genuine and caring . Breakfast buffet at Zest is fantastic and enough variation for any taste , spread in EL for breakfast is smaller as in most other Hilton and Conrad hotels . During day the EL has always something to eat and drink but alcohol selection gets extended after 5 pm . They even have a cocktail menu which you have to mention/request to the staff . Especially Rachel is known to make superb cocktails and the choice of booze during the open bar hours is more than you will find in any European Hilton or Conrad .
Anyone who wants to get sauced , hammered or loaded , get yourself a few bottles of cheap soju and beer in the 7/11 across from the hotel and get drunk in your room ( please ?

. )
In our view the evening buffet in the EL has so much to offer : at least three kinds of hot food , smoked salmon , extended salad bar , cheese and at least 3 or 4 types of cakes and pies with variables in different plates so even staying about 3 weeks does not get boring on the food offerings .
Regarding remarks about location : as we only use public bus this location offers you a place away from the busiest places but everything including Ganghnam and all palaces are only about 30 minutes ride away
