The only routes fully scheduled to be flown with The Room are JFK and LHR, the rest show business staggered and are only updated on a rolling basis when the actual aircraft assignments are decided.
Of course there is a certain pattern to this, but nothing that can't be broken pretty quickly. And should there be technical problems with an airframe it is not JFK or LHR that will loose the room.
