Terrorism warnings aside and not going near military installations and within X km of the Algerian and Libyan borders, is there any reason not to do a self-drive tour of Tunisia (car won't be driven in Tunis itself other than to get out and back in). Have driven in Jordan (as well as parts of SE Asia, Buenos Aires and latin Europe so aware of the less-orderly road situation.
