Yeah, all looked right. The only thing that crossed my mind is that we went from an A319 to an A320 around 20 hours before departure (this changed my seat from 12A to 10A). I wonder if the person in my seat downloaded their boarding pass before the swap? I had assumed they would have been beeped somewhere in the airport.
