“Spanish police caused a disruption on the runway” - if that was the reason for the AGP diversion, it would be quite a diplomatic incident indeed.

Also very unclear who was denied entry into Spain - I assume the majority of pax on this route would have a passport (e.g. British, American, European) that allows visa-free entry to the Schenge zone ?
