Dunno. The fact that a T5-T5 connection has had its MCT recently changed from 60 to 75 min tells me that something isn’t quite right, especially when you have other hub airports such as ZRH or AMS which have MCTs nearly half as long. One can debate about the causes/potential solutions, but LHR definitely isn’t up to the standards of other European airports.
