Unfortunately, no alcoholic beverages for free at all at the BOM lounge if flying domestic. If you’re flying AI J, you’ll be in the dedicated area for J passengers in the lounge. The bar itself is in the main lounge area, which is connected, but you don’t have to go there to order. The J section of the lounge has attendants near the buffet who have menus for the bar and will more than happily serve you drinks from the bar at your seat.
No tipping necessary, nor is it expected, though a small 5-10% tip after a round will get you very attentive service.
