Here's a question- I wonder what the implication will be for a New York resident who does not have a car in New York, but has a car in another state (like at a second/vacation home) and a car insurance policy issued in that other state.
you are a new york resident with car insurance. you are going to have to fight them if it comes to it. it doesnt say that you have to have insurance issued in New York just that you have car insurance.
