You cannot transfer a Priority Pass membership to another person. (Priority Pass is not used to access Centurion, Delta, Escape, or LH lounges, you use the Platinum card for access.)

Likewise, you cannot gift the hotel statuses provided by Business Platinum.

Business cards are issued to individuals, not to companies. It sounds as if it would make sense for your partner to be the primary cardholder ($695). You could request an Employee Business Platinum Card on the same account ($350/year), or you could request a free Employee Business Expense Card which does not include the lounge access or other benefits.
I thought Escape Lounges just joined the PP Network?

Didn't realize there was a difference between Authorized User and a Business Expense card. I'd likely use the Clear Plus, and I could gift someone precheck or GE. So basically paying $125 a year for increased lounge access which may or may not be worth it. PP lounge network has gone downhill in recent years, so maybe I'll try the other lounges for a year before deciding whether it's worth the $125 or so?
