AA cancelled my on hold booking
So a few weeks ago I had a Multi City booking and a corresponding Round Trip booking on hold. Both had a common segment involved.
The reason is I was waiting to hear back from my customer I needed to go to one location. Needless to say they cancelled the multi city
reservation. I called AA and explained why I had 2 flights on hold only to be told I have no idea what I am doing..... All said and done
I had to rebook the multi city which I needed. Seems like a poor way of doing business considering they could have waited 6 more hours for me to
book pending customer acceptancel
