Well, I've now used OLCI twice and each time the seat change option has NOT been available (and to keep on topic, of course no op-up - which I really wasn't expecting because both flights were not full).

To those who know the system better than I, is the lack of the seat change facility a temporary system fault, or is there some other reason?
