Yes you would certainly benefit from HKG/MAD being in the "all other flights", but it seems to classify to W. Europe.
Needless to say, the QF system pretty much actively penalises people who take any flight that QF believes could be in competition to its own services. If you are taking LH on other airlines regularly (esp. MH), you may wish to consider other crediting options. I struggle to think of another oneworld carrier with such poor relations within the group (actively having issues with MH, QR, CX etc).
