Guys, rather than calling BA and getting nowhere today, give it some days to let the dust settle and BA rebooking guidelines to be published. Do you really HAVE to have this sorted today? Probably not...
Appreciate the sentiment here but as said above a total lack of consistency from BA means rerouting will diminish for a destination that does have limited options and reward bookings are being treated differently.
