And seeing stuff like this reminds me now with Hilton we need to check RECENT reviews before we book a property. It didn't used to be like that...3 years ago... I used to look at Trip Advisor and if I saw a 4/5 I just booked the place and didn't check any reviews when it came to Hilton.
And the reviews at this property just get worse with time. How does corporate allow it to continue flying the Hampton flag?
