It "works" for me.
The main issue is I can only do a handful of searches before it will say "We're sorry, but united.com was unable to complete your request" and I have to wait 30-90min and try again
The throttling of searches is really getting out of hand. It would be great if the app/website just worked. It used to be stable, fast, and easy to use. Today it's mostly a PITA.
