Officially it's 24 months. But practically it's a soft rule and not a hard rule - so it can be any amount of time between when you cancel and reapply as you'll get the bonus as long as Barclays approves you. I've seen some timeframe datapoints as short as 6 months from cancelation to new bonus and my own of less than a year and around 16 months.
