Is there a wiki or another thread that outlines earning AS miles when flying HA? I can't seem to find detail anywhere, they aren't listed as an AS partner.

1. If one purchases a HA metal ticket on the AS website, should one expect to earn the same miles as if it were AS metal?
2. Can you book a flight via the HA website and earn AS miles directly? If not, when is this expected to be in place? I'm curious if I booked a flight a few months from now, if I could earn miles from it.
3. Or, to earn on HA marketed and operated flights, does one have to create a HA account and then transfer the miles to AS? Do EQMs transfer as well?
