Uff... really getting worse and more and more ridiculous At least one thing remains the same: The people processing the claims

1. Claimed over their online form

2. After some 40h, rejected as follows:

"
I'm unable to approve your Price Match Guarantee claim because the 3rd party page does not instantly confirm the reservation, which means the room may not be available at the time of booking. This renders the rate ineligible per the terms and conditions (please see "Lower Qualified Price" at PMG Overview & Terms for more information).

4. Counted with no reply and the regular bs "Although we appreciate you sending over screenshots..." (since screenshots = certain dead end) but what I got was even better:

5. Wrote them that this is simply not acceptable: decline based on a false argument with a clear proof provided that the argument was wrong. Again, did not even count with any reply, and yet...

6. Got this:

Wowotrip.com does not instantly confirm reservations, per their terms and conditions state: "any required time for confirmation as stated on the Wowotrip Platform is solely for reference only. Actual time required for confirmation may vary."

7. This is ridiculous since the whole clause reads as follows:

"

I wonder that they even dare to modify the reality this way? And think we all are stupid to verify? So wrote them back and again, do not count with any reply (lower rate is gone anyway, in the meantime):

...and how about the first part of the very sentence you refer to?

In combination with the screenshot I shared clearly stating "Immediate confirmation"?

I reviewed the offers on Wowotrip and I could not locate and verify that lower rate you provided with the information provided on your screenshot. I cannot also not verify any service charges that may be applied by Wowotrip.
