To be fair to BER I think the difficulties have finally settled especially departures as the Runway and fastrack security services are fairly reliable.

Whilst I now avoid certain morning flights from LHR that arrive at the same time as QR/TK/TR/EZ/PC flights , I’ve switched to FR as they use a seperate border control and are fairly quick.

Anyway back to topic, you would have thought that BA could make lemonade from lemons and hurry through the CS refits on the back of it, doubt it though.
