I don't see how it can take more than 2 months to install an AC cafe. There are no building structure changes (i.e. support columns). There are base plans that are modified for the specific space. Much of the work is installation of appliances like refrigerators and cabinets and maybe the installation of some minor plumbing like sinks and water supply line, and a bit of HVAC or lighting changes.. All of this would have been ordered and ready for delivery long before construction started. It's primarily installation work, with perhaps an addition of a walled in area. I will pass by in the next few days and stare forlornly at the doors.
