China Airlines recently published ITF promotion that runs from now to Nov. 15.
The dates they cover goes all the way to 30SEP25, with black out dates during Christmas, Chinese New Year and Summer Holidays (ex-TPE from 19JUN25).

I guess CI is trying to fill as many seats as possible by getting pax to buy early, but I would think many would hold on since it's not even that cheap in comparison to -2019.
Interesting looking at the prices between TPE-LAX and TPE-ONT there's a $98 dollar. For TPE-SEA/YVR flights is $141 difference. Therefore for the Taiwanese it might be cheaper to fly into Seattle then drive/Bus from Seattle Tacoma airport to Vancouver on the 5 freeway via Blaine Peace Arch border crossing.
I wonder what would happen if you add a connection from the Philippines to these places with the price still be the same or different? Examples are

CEB/MNL-TPE-LAX/ONT CI706 to CI8/6.
