They do have a "Contact Us" page with all the different ways to contact them. I Googled "jetblue contact us" and it was the very first result. Here is the link: https://www.jetblue.com/contact-us

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page there are links to two forms, one for compliments and complaints on specific employees, and one for general feedback. I would encourage you to use one of those.
