I don't think they have said what the plan is. But the YUL DOM lounge is so run down I can't see how they would not take the opportunity to refurbish.
I'm there right now though and in true Quebec construction tradition there is a bunch of people standing around talking in hardhats and high-viz vests not doing particularly much. They'll probably have it open in 2027 ;-)
