With 12 active lounge projects (and I assume (uh oh) "active" includes planning, permitting, etc.), I can't fathom how YUL dom wouldn't be one.

But even for YVR, the plan was to open the Cafe, wait for off peak season (i.e. now), and shut it down.

If the Cafe isn't ready for a few more months, will they have time do do the project before they need the MLL open again for peak season?

Same would apply to YUL.
