Website vs app issues
One of the bigger issues with the integration is that the information about MMS properties is not aligned on the website and app. I’ve been trying to make UK reservations using the app on my phone. There is no mention of any deposit for most Uk properties. It’s only available on the website. This is a big fail. I wrote MHC and was not even given the courtesy of a reply. Obviously they know, but are choosing to ignore the problem.
