That;s definitely below MCT and suggests a timetable change, though given it's ex-domestic, paradoxically, I'd rather this as a greater chance of success than many a one hour connections. You could call BA and they will certainly offer to put you on an earlier flight from MAN or later to IST if you want. This might happen later anyway when the system acknowledges the itinerary is below MCT.
