For some reason I keep getting an error trying to transfer flight credits from one account to another. Have tried everything I can think of - incognito, tried in app vs online, tried lowercase name vs first letter uppercase. Nothing seems to work. Having the issue in more than one account as well. Anyone have any suggestions (other than call them)? Error code 401120800.
