What's the protocol for the early check-in benefit? (Given as a choice for Golds - early check-in OR late check-out.) Update on what happened. Wrote hotel again three days before my stay, no reply by email. But when I arrived to check in around 915am, the room was ready and the nice check-in lady mentioned that they were aware of my request. This was perfect -- we managed to rest a bit (two hours sleep) after our long-haul flight and managed to go sightseeing that afternoon. We were provided with some sweets as well, and the usual two drinks for ALL members. All in all a very good stay at the Novotel Prague. FYI, YMMV.
