God Bless that "48-hour guaranteed availability" for us high-level Elites- but we won't guarantee you won't pay thru the nose I've seen a 4P(? or TP, I forget) once that was $2500/nt 'cause it was otherwise sold out.

But I wonder who/what sets the price in situations like that?
