Ended up staying at the Westin. Was able to confirm via email about 5-7 days prior a renovated room, which was delivered as promised (request for a suite via online check in was ignored though plenty for sale via app). Didn’t press it due to a change in schedule and not needing a suite. Renovated room was fine. Late checkout granted (also requested during check in). Perfectly fine stay, nothing to write home about.
