Thanks for all the replies here. I didn’t have that option available to use points, after trying multiple times and through the app. Customer support was not great, with a rep even trying to send me to Choice Privileges. In the end, the issue was that I was trying to use a corporate discount and points can only be used on a regular prepaid or flexible rate, which I only learned after calling them. I could only see the option if searching by flexible rate and then within that trying a prepaid or flexible rate. I was eventually able to book and used up 30k points.
