I'm trying to purchase a domestic fare from the Japanese site. The seats are reserved but when I try to purchase with my Chase Sapphire Preferred it tries to authenticate with Visa and then gives me an error message to check the information. I also tried with my Capital One Venture card and it keeps trying to authenticate with Visa forever. Is there a workaround? Another card I should try?
