Yep, DL dropped Sky Club access for all Delta operated international First Class flights (which are not really any different from DL domestic First Class flights) around 2019 timeframe (previously, they provided for access with the exception of Caribbean flights in First Class). However, fellow Skyteam partner operated international First/Business flights (such as AM operated Business Class flights between Mexico and US) continue to grant Sky Club access.
